Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada, the US, the UK*, New Zealand and Australia. Shippings costs are calculated by Canada Post. 

International orders are subject to customs and duty charges, depending upon the country in which you reside. Peggy Workwear is not responsible for payment of these duties/taxes. 

How long does is take to get my digs?

Short answer: your new favourite workwear will arrive between 2-14 days, depending on where you’re located, and the current state of the world. 

Long answer: our shipping team will pack and send your order within 3-5 business days and from there, it can take between a couple of days, or a couple of weeks to get to you- depending on where you are and what shipping rate you selected. Please reach out to hello@peggyworkwear.ca if you notice any unusual delays recieving your shipping confirmation email. 

How do I track my order?

Your goods will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. International orders are subject to customs and duty charges, depending upon the country in which you reside. Peggy Workwear is not responsible for payment of these duties/taxes. 

Error 404: Package Not Found 

Once the package has left our HQ, Canada Post is responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit the Canada Post website for instructions on how to make a claim.

Whats your return/exchange policy?

We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your goods. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and hang tags attached. All merchandise must be in saleable condition.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our criteria. One exchange per invoice is permitted. Discounted and Sale Items are a Final Sale. All Bandanas and Tote Bags are a Final Sale. Any discounts cannot be retroactively applied to confirmed orders.

Ensure items meet our exchange policy requirements. If you wish to exchange an item please contact hello@peggyworkwear.ca. Your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return package.

Can I return or exchange items that I bought with a gift card? 

Absolutely! As long as it falls within our return policy. Just shoot us an email at hello@peggyworkwear.ca and we’ll sort it. Return shipping cost is not included and is the resposibility of the buyer.
